Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are usually packed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays go out on the next working day.
Delivery estimates
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days.
- Other serviceable pin codes: 4–7 working days.
- North-east, Jammu & Kashmir and island regions: 6–10 working days.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat charge applies below that threshold and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on delivery may carry an additional handling fee.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you get a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp. You can also check the status under your account.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on eligible pin codes. COD orders are confirmed over WhatsApp or a call before dispatch to reduce failed deliveries.
Failed delivery
If nobody is available after two attempts, the parcel returns to us. We then contact you to arrange a re-dispatch, which may carry a fresh shipping fee. Prepaid amounts are refunded if you prefer to cancel instead.
International orders
We ship to select international destinations. Duties and taxes levied at the destination are payable by the recipient.
